ASCE+ EXOSOME
What are Exosomes?
Exosomes are emerging bioactive substances involved in multiple biologic and cellular activities of the skin and an important intercellular communication vehicles. Clinically proven skin rejuvenation and regeneration containing mRNA, miRNA, proteins such as cytokines and growth factors, and lipids that originate from host cells and direct various cellular responses in target cells.
Exosomes are far more superior and in fact they’re 6x more potent, powerful combination of sources needed to repair our skin than the Vampire PRP made popular by Kim Kardashian.
Much like collagen and elastin, the body will also produce fewer exosomes as it ages. This leads to issues such as skin laxity, muscle atrophy, wrinkles, and more. Exosomes may be derived from stem cells, but there are differences between them. Stem cells are unable to be used in a targeted manner, but exosomes are.
Exosomes are extremely effective in battling these outward signs of ageing and helping the body heal itself naturally. They give the skin the ability to rebuild itself and stay supple and strong for much longer.
Exosomes can boost the body’s natural healing, especially when delivered deeply into the skin. The skin will be able to rebuild itself in a natural, healthy way from the inside out.

How Exosome Therapy Differs From PRP Injections
PRP INJECTIONS
Where Does It Come From?
PRP treatment uses a person’s own blood, which is then prepared to get the platelet-rich concentrate that contains the growth factors.
Effectiveness
The effectiveness of the treatment relies greatly on the concentration of the platelets in the patient’s blood. If a patient is unhealthy or has blood-related conditions, the quality of the PRP injections may be affected.
Side Effects
PRP may cause injection site pain, scalp tenderness, itching, and minor irritation. It may also cause swelling and inflammation.
EXOSOME THERAPY
Where Does It Come From?
It’s lab-derived and doesn’t require any blood drawn from the patient. They’re prepared from mesenchymal stem cells and they already come in vials that are ready for application to the scalp.
Effectiveness
Unlike PRP serum, the quality of the exosome treatment isn’t affected by the patient’s health, blood volume, or age. During the preparation process, it’s purified to ensure a high concentration of growth factors for treatment success.
Side Effects
Exosome treatment may also cause pain at the treated area. However, it won’t trigger any inflammation since it actually contains proteins that regulate the inflammatory response.
